"Sigma said yesterday that it will also consider capital management initiatives. A capital return of say, $350m would equate to 30c a share. The remaining operations, at an EBIT multiple of around eight times, would support a share price of about 50c a share, which would produce an aggregate of 80c a share. That's materially better than the 55c a share which Aspen had proposed and it's way above the 38.5c a share at which the shares were selling before Aspen came along."
If the above occurred, SIP holders will be laughing. And we thought we'd been hard done by!
C'mon SIP- put out an ANN! SIP puts out their half-yearly results on September 14.
