    API has a lot less shares on issue. They have 256 million shares on issue.

    API market cap is $272Million.


    SIP has 1,170,000,000 shares on issue.
    Their market cap is $1.143Billion.

    As you can see they are worth a lot more than API.

    If SIP were to consolidate into 256 million shares a'la API, their share price would be $4.47.
