    Hello all,

    SIPME has been quiet in the past few months in Australia and we have to apologise that our support responses have been a bit slow to our Australian customers.

    Many staffs have been allocated to work on launching our service overseas, mainly in China (www.mybaipin.com) and Vietnam (www.alovtc.vn). Customers response have been very positive, where we had close to 8,000 new registrations within the first 3 weeks of launching in Vietnam.

    With many of the initial deployments overseas completed, we plan to concentrate back in Australia and improve our services here once again. Below are some early updates:

    1. The 18881 balance check number has been fixed and is now active again.

    2. SIPME now offers ANI callback and PIN-less dialing. Existing customers can now have their ANI callback, PIN-less dialing and web callback accounts sharing the same prepaid balance with their SIPME account.

    3. Call forwarding feature is now activated. You can now set call forwarding or follow-me service from your account web interface. We will prepare a full usage instructions on this. However for those who wants to try it out earlier, please follow these steps:

    - click on "Account Info" after login
    - click on "Service Feature" tab
    - set "Forward Mode" to "Follow Me"
    - a new "Follow Me" tab will appear, click on this tab
    - click on "Add" at the top menu bar
    - for the Name box, enter anything
    - for the Destination box, enter the number you wish to forward to, in E164 format, ie country code + area code + number
    - for the Timeout box, enter the duration in seconds you wish it to ring before hanging up or moving down the next number on your list

    Other work on the horizon within the next few weeks/months:

    1. Fully automated online payment system, customers can recharge account themselves and balance is updated live
    2. Customers will be able to set auto top up, and set balance threshold level to trigger auto topup
    3. Revamp and redesign of the online account web interface
    4. New pricing plans with untimed calls to international destinations
