they did pay out alot of dividends in the last 12month, you can't just say ATL without considering all that paid out cash. If you add it back in, the SP would be much higher. If you looked at the whole sector, it's a common theme, no vehicle, no sales, no new contracts hence lower revenue in the short term. Losing/winning contracts, government legislation, that's a constant for every company in this sector and no one really knows.
