I reckon you can take this to the cleaners with a very high chance the bid will become unconditional just before the 4 weeks exclusivity period is up.

What surprises me is that a rival bid has not yet emerged. However they do say a week can be a lifetime in business.

The successful bid consortium is getting a debt free business that has very sticky customers and is a fabulous cash generator. SIQ also has a long runway of organic growth in front of it.

If the first and final offer is $10.35 + available franking cedits of about 25 cents then I will be voting yes.
