    My speculation:
    - it is a fundamentally attractive business, low capex, highly cashflow generative, and broadly a closed shop industry
    - the current CEO is functional but not a luminary
    - they may have a new CEO, perhaps the previous CEO Deven lined up to put a rocket under the business
