No one can predict the future, and there have been a couple of bids that have not completed in the last few weeks, but no one in the media is suggesting that this one will not go through.
Can't explain the current low price, but personally I am expecting this to be above 10.00 on Nov 1 (which will be after the Due Diligence finishes at the end of Oct).
