In your odd opinion, the Guilty plea would never exist and everybody who pleads Guilty to a crime would be told, no, no, you need to be put before jury and they will decide whether you are guilty or not. So every single criminal caught in the act who pleased Guilty needs to be tried by a jury. Yeh, right. A jury of 12 is more likely to tell you, the criminal, whether you are guilty or not because you (the criminal) cannot possible concede that you are Guilty.
Totally stupid idea.
(It has never been argued as the way the law should work, nor, mogga, will it ever be. Why would a jury know better than you, yourself??????????????????????? Just ridiculous.
