John thanks for the heads up. I've got quite a few of thes that are a drag on my portfolio. I was seriously thinking of averaging down based on that location "nearology".... Ah well. Quick read gives us 1.5% net royalty and couple hundred bucks....
Sheesh I don't know if I want them (rmr) to find anything or not.
