I am a punter, and hopefully an educated one, if you know what I mean. This AM I posted about why a TH. I don't resile from that, not that I have to though imo. I said the TH was called because of (indirectly) the continuous disclosure duties. In general terms this means stopping advantaged trading. A TH would have been called to prevent that. Good news or bad? I asked. Well for what it is worth, my educated money would be on "good". I hope so.
