The main thrust seems to be about another broker visit and the tighting up of some lax reporting according to the report. Under " Herd on the Terrace", Seriously Sirus.

Rest is about traders turning there attention to Masta Resources next door, which according to the paper STILL DO NOT HAVE A GRANT FOR IT'S tenement south of NOVA.
