I guess if you get your jollies from Kowtowing to the Poms you would see the point of using such things as Cur whoever.

Lets face it even the Yanks are centuries ahead of us - having got rid of such puerile nonsense way back in the 1700's.

If one needs some title to feel worthwhile then he/she must be of very inferior breeding. I personally see zero benefit in any titles and therefore never use them under any circumstances.

Lets face it some of the people looking after the homeless and unfortunate in society have far greater qualification for a title than some slippery manipulative politician but how often do we hear these good people being recognized. Basically never!
