    Only problem I have ,

    And I have waited to see if anyone more experienced than I am would raise it ..

    If the KNOC JV is supposedly going to be signed , hopefully with a different agreement and a bigger sign on fee .

    Then we seem to have all these other nameless companies now clamouring to get a piece of the action ..

    Why the need of a Capital Raising ..
