Where will all those cashed up SIR insto LTHs like National Nominees, HSBC, Citicorp, JP Morgan go to next i wonder, who will they turn into the next SIR 100 bagger from 5c to $4.40?
But wait, these same insto holders hold shares in MBN as our top 20 holders dont they?
They already are holding MBN stock! Now they get 52c cash and IGO shares so they become top holders of IGO and get $100M cash also ex creasy and other SIR LTHs cash. (total cash is $220M on this deal).
What will our loyal MBN insto LTHs of National nominees, HSBC (our top no 1 holder overall), Citicorp & JP Morgan do with all this cash? How about invest it into the next multibagger spiking Ni stock now SIR is done. A Ni stock that has production now, mills now, produces now, has US$100M cash at bank by December and has no current debt now.
Why not?
