I don't know the mining lease process in NZ. All I could find is this recent approval for 34 drill pads at Alexander River. This will allow Paul and Brian to confirm that the mineralisation runs for 1,200metres along strike with diamond core drilling up from the current 500metres which has been confirmed.
And a 30%+ increase above Federation Gold's Blackwater 900m along strike, which contains 700,000Oz of gold (worth $A1.6Billion) at 23g/t gold.
Can anyone shed some light about what is required for a mining lease to be approved in NZ and how long it would take?
