this is xcellent news. sirit like mikoh have always had limited funds to push both a.v.i. and e.v.r. with the sirit tema now joining federal signal and having a much larger budget behind them the penetration into new countries etc will be much faster. sirit have already in the last 6 months made enormous progress. this deal should mean that sirit/federal signal will now push evr and avi much harder and the previous lack of $$$ is now gone which can only benefit mikoh enormously i hope. federal signal have obvoiusly seen the future potential of a.v.i/ e.v.r hence the takover. mikoh and its products and i.p. are going to go along for the ride once the market understands the significance i feel.
