    re: sirtexand hunter hall Most likely answer to your question is that Dr Gray, Hunter hall, and instos which collectively control 84% of co, do deal at nice premium after run up produced by tremendous progress in revenue growth,, profit growth, US center growth, more indications for Sir Spheres,and new announcement of Australian reimbursement for Sir Spheres at their 24 hospitals on Sirtex website listed. The previous price of acquisition was $4.85 which was rejected 2 years ago made by Cephalon and the company is much more valuable now than then. Cephalon market cap of billions could easily afford new bid, and now that most of stock is tightly controlled they would be assured of it going through this time. My best intuition after being in the industry a long time. Nice upside potential from $2 price here.
