    Very good question. We all would like to know the answer.
    The mgmt should answer this in the upcoming quarterly or strategic review.

    In case they need cash, it might be hard to tap again the sophisticated investors in the current macro environment. The previous CRs did not turn out well for them, neither for shareholders.

    The best option would be for shareholders to pump up the SP well above 4c on exponential growth and other "juicy" Anns to convert the options. However, I think this would work against the interests of those who might be interested in a probably cheap commercial transactions on SIS.

    And, as the mgmt keeps mentioning the commercial transactions possibility, it seems they might have something in their mind. Let's hope the outcome will be good for everyone.

    Back to your questions, no one knows the answer, only the mgmt/board. Anything else just a speculation. Sooner or later we will know.
