chart wise a break is coming up or down ???? chart is hinting up with good buy pressure taking up the sellers ..looks good to me for a move up to 9 cents & that wont take much of a shove to get there...i have read a lot of negative posts on TAs ,but to me from these levels very little donw side from here...good luck..
