Today should be a special day for UGL shareholders. I knew the Fed govts 'infrastructure list' would feature metro rail projects strongly....... but to have another couple of Billion announced later today courtesy of the Victorian govt is a very welcome bonus. No ASX company is better poised than UGL to gain massively from the billions to be spent over the next several years. UGL CEO Richard Leupen assured shareholders at the beginning of 2009 that the company was intensly focused on obtaining maximum benefit from exactly this scenario. The only change was that the announcement of 'eddington's list' was postponed from early March to budget day Monday 12/05. I expect a very strong day (and hopefully 7 days) from UGL. Enjoy the ride.
