My 2c/tea leaf reading is that everything re: Paducha and Wilmington is on track and we just received confirmation that it is a very slow track. They have realized it is a long long road ahead and are conserving their cash to ensure we get there without a cap raise? In any event the job ads are really positive in my view - GE would not be signing people to contracts - otherwise. Would have to pay them out if the pin was being pulled wasting a huge amount of moula.
