Looks like you got your wish for now.

I did check out the webcast for Dr. Kelly's presentation today in the New York investors conference, and I noticed two things that I didn't know before.

For one, he said that they already had $30 million raised and that the CR was expected to be completely filled. So that gave me the impression that there may not be many extra short-fall shares available (although obviously there should be some due to the portion represented by the ADS's going unfulfilled).

I also noted that he said the Cantrixil first-in-man study will start in the 4th quarter of 2015. This is the same as the Phase I trial, right? If so, then the date keeps flip-flopping between 4Q 2015 and 1Q 2016. Not a big deal either way and I'm sure that they cannot know for sure since not everything is under their control with regards to this. At any rate, I'm looking forward to it and I hope the patients get the benefits they deserve!
