Whilst I am a pretty new holder of NRT and certainly don't have the longer term history following the company some posters on HC do, my thoughts on some of the previous comments are (happy to be proven wrong btw):

- Considering the exercising of so many options prior to the end of this cr and the resultant dilution the share price has done ok hanging around the 30c mark, obviously most people, including me, would like to see it climb higher but Rome wasn't built in a day.

- With regards to announcements to push the sp up, and I am trying to put myself in GK's shoes here, wouldn't it be better to wait until the cr was completely finished and the results of it announced or even just prior to the issue of the new options to come out with some really big news?
