Makes me feel a little sick, I knew or suspected the howdy-doody management style was a crock and this confirms it. Production isn't our teams strong suit and they started with very poor subcontracts because they were out of their expertise, has to be the reason because the other reasons are worse.
Also confirms my long running comment about getting out the office and see whats going on at site. I thought that was the problem, but it might actually be they did but had no idea that what they were looking at was a dog operation.
I suggest you keep hammering them as you have the on-site perspective almost first hand .
The Chairman really is the guy to get to and the investment company guy on the Board. Make sure you have a good long list of questions handy to keep on song when you do finally get to someone.
