Talga Gold Ltd: A diversified mineral explorer
Talga Gold (ASX: “TLG”) is a diversified mineral explorer with a portfolio of gold, iron and graphite projects in Western Australia and Sweden.
Listing on the ASX in July 2010 after raising $5M in an over-subscribed IPO, Talga Gold has been actively exploring its portfolio of gold projects in the Yilgarn and Pilbara regions of Western Australia. Since late 2011 Talga Gold has identified and acquired a number of advanced and high grade graphite, iron and IOCG projects in Sweden.
An aggressive 2012 exploration program includes drilling campaigns with the aim of upgrading the JORC compliant status of all the graphite deposits in Sweden. Exploration will continue on Western Australian gold projects with drilling planned for the Bullfinch and Tambina projects.
