Pokerface,
Sorry that I shut down midday Friday to go sailing; I missed your question.
Here is my simple logic to justify a potential $5 per share for Thor.
First, p3 of the half-yearly report gives us an NPV of $88 million for Molyhill on $US 20 /lb of moly and $US204 /mtu for tungsten.Using today's prices for both and mindful of the 130 million share on issue, $1 per THOR share looks very sensible.
Second, the uranium prospects of THOR are some of the best in Australia. Harts Range has at least 3 VERY good prospects, and Bundey River, Hale River-Plenty Highway all appear relatively low risk for an important discovery.
Now, you can see PDN capitalised at almost $1 billion, and I have placed potential estimates of $500 million on the value of the prospects which MIGHT give 6 new mines for Thor. Pladin and other Uraium companies are most likely to be interested in bidding for THOR if JORC reserves evolve from inial discoveries. C
