ramping is normally defined as unsubstantiated rumours to drive the price higher. Johns posts are his views on BSM actual operations and potential opportunities, substantiated by his site visit, photos and already released information from BSM.
John has stated that his Geology is only rudimentory, and that some of his comments are based on chats at the pub and his take on peoples skills / excitment levels etc. However most of the rest of it is already known if you had read the various reports - so a good recommendation on the part of John yes - ramping no.
