The Myanmar government can do as they please with the proceeds of sale from the silver. They can buy silver if they like. The point being is that the Myanmar government will be in total control of the asset.
The Myanmar government will be just like the West Australian government here in having their own mint. They will control the resource from the mine to sale, and MYL will help them achieve this.
