During the Q&A at the end of the Q1 investor call someone asked Matt to elaborate on the strategic investor and if they were receiving interest on that front. Matt's response was interesting as he mentions that a potential strategic investor had a a tour of the Site last week (at the time of the call). This leads me to believe that strategic investment could be closer than we think. Securing the strategic investor and corresponding offtake (as mentioned by Matt) from them could really kickstart a cascade of offtakes. Not to mention it's one of the steps required to access funds from the Orion deal.
