Yes, he think it is worth 80c but they price might not be achieved for weeks or months depending on who comes knocking however his tax obligations are due now.
He says it is worth 80c based on WGO price which means he and board won’t even entertain and offers lower than that. The SP is not impacted by SN selling shares given he still holds substantially more.
