But to me this just seems like gambling with his personal / family livelihood on a takeover deal that may come next week or late next year or never.
Remember SN would be hyper aware that a TO deal could be soon received.
However, divorced from that STX would love to develop its assets to there full potential, and if they were allowed to do that forget 80c, more like $2.
