Well my read on this is SN is a young guy. He is still trying to build up his assets. Probably has no other options than selling some shares to pay his tax debts. I would sure as hell prefer him to sell some shares and have no obligations to the ATO than be involved with a Company Director with the ATO after him. BTW the ATO has very little give at the moment for overdue payments. I also have much more respect for him manning up and sorting out his own issues, whatever way that he can, rather than going to the bank of Mum or Dad.
