The Granville Harbour Wind Farm connects to the Tasmanian grid via 220kv at Reece Dam. The line to Zeehan and Avebury is a different line at 44kV. All on island major generation in Tasmania is interconnected. To simply answer your question, yes Avebury will be supported by Granville and the Reece Dam hydro, but via differing networks, voltages and feeders.
