    One of the guys that was in the Ukraine last week too this video as a group went and looked at "Well 3 at Povorotnoye". This well was last drilled in 1985, upon completion the well was cemented. Visitors were able to see the highly charged active petroleum present. The video link below shows oil is seeping through the cement plug and is occasionally flowing to the surface under natural pressure.
