That is my question, there was sell orders for both 7 and 7.5c and i couldnt buy them. All i could do was put a bid in at 6.8c or below. My broker told me that the buy was considered to high FFS .5 cent above the last sale as i said before anything more then .3c was out. So how does the price ever go up if we have to move within this .3 cent range i mean who is going to sell .3c above if we get a good announcement. I dont get it please explain someone!
