If drying is the issue then I wonder then what expertise PPY has enlisted from the drying specialists that are available in every high tech country like Germany and Japan (and others of course). These days you can dry anything from milk (to make baby formula) to monster driers for drying minerals. If PPY's expertise is peeling banana cores then why don't they get help on the drying front? Surely, they can't be that silly to blow the opportunity they have for the sake of drying?
