Happy to agree that we must disagree. I am a very agreebale person.

In recent times Bendigo and Ballarat have both had two false starts. Hundreds of millions of dollars have been blown together with several professional reputations and careers. To say nothing of the achy breaky hearts (a much underated song) of shareholders.

The common theme seemed to be that people took leave of their analytical senses and did stuff like build processing plants that had 'really big'(a technical term) capacities when the mines could only handle small scale ops. That's why I say think that there's either something in the water or the joint is jinxed.

I'm hoping Ed can convince others to buy out the whole Bendigo op so that the 'newly named' UML can sink its dough into Tas and Africa ops.

I can appreciate how people might still hold the faith but I am now a Victorian fields atheist.

But like I said, happy to agree to disagree.

Good luck to all (including the believers).

Perhaps we can all have a win in the end.

    Cheers
