I get the feeling that TLS is dead in the water and that all of Penn's focus has been lost. Since the Philippines deal came unstuck and the ACCC started to untroduce uncertainty, this huge company doesn't seem to know what to do. IMO it's time to regain (or find) a focus and perhaps the board should earn their keep and think about replacing the CEO.
