imo pilatus u r missing the reason for tls's current sp weakness,clearly imo the only reason for tls dropping below $5 is absolutely the accc roaming declaration inquiry.
imo anyone who buys below $5 will b making a judgement call on the accc mentality including myself.
As posted a bad decision could destroy tls ie the tls business model ie which requires tls to out spend its 2 global gorilla competitors on its mobile network in order to maintain a competitive advantage.
If the accc takes that competitive advantage away by declaring tls's mobile network and taking away the incentive for tls to invest in its mobile network then ,as posted,the 2 gorillas singtel and vodafone will become the dominant telcos short term,no doubt imo.
Its hard to try and understand what the accc will do.ie what level of interference.
