    I am sure that Cadbury has NO say whatsoever in this at all, as Cadbury was fully taken-over by KRAFT (re-named more recently into MONDELEZ), i.e. is run by the Americans. They would observe the USA market first and foremost and decide on that basis.
    All JIMHO, of course.
