It is my understanding - correctly or wrongly - that in that KRAFT take-over of Cadbury's a while ago most Cadbury management staff were fired and that the Kraft people did take over the full responsibility. Hence, I do believe that the decision making has shifted to the USA, where thus far at least perhaps Yowie has not been too successful? Which, incidentally, is not that surprising, as the US market is extremely competitive.
