The way I read it is, if the price gets above 1c then exercised options will supply nearly $8 million in working capital. So this would be how they fund the processing etc.
Now your numbers appear reasonable, conservative and they add up to gold - $280 million, Tin - $100 million Total - $380 million putting aside the diamonds, gems, etc.
What's wrong with saying $380 million / 2.4 billion shares = 15 cents per share
Would it be a reasonable argument that a speculative but fair price for Cluff resources is 15 cents?
