There are some major shareholders in management, and PLL.
Surely joint ventures are an inconvenient hurdle to negotiate around (yes in SYAQ), although maybe PLL would want the cash?
I can't think management would entertain a T/o anywhere south of 30c, not that long ago we would surely be asking for 50c+
I just don't get the takeover argument after doing all the hard work. It makes what we tho9ught as blue sky profits being more ordinary.
