I'm guesing by CIP you mean "Carbon in Pulp".

And then my next question would be, How do you know that??

Because I'm pretty sure CMR was using RIP "Resin In Pulp" for Cu,Co and Ni circuit.

Carbon in Pulp is usually a Gold Mining Process isn't it ??
