Yes need a new analysis after reading the minutes of the creditors meeting. $300K for two weeks work for the VA and assume more for the RM. It won't take long before its all gone.

Butch looks like a DOCA will be forthcoming and will be something in for shareholders as in my view YA Global(Jim Carr) would have said something about the draft or at least asked questions about it other than just ask whether it was the updated one. His question as to remedial work was interesting as is the reply which stated that the plant is being prepared for a shut down. Still have not come to grips with the statement that a new operator for the Sulphides will be a condition of the DOCA.
So Butch I am not as gloomy on this one. And by the way Harbinger are not people to push aside.
