Long term holders price average price is multiple above the current price - I'm sure they'll be more than happy to mop it up at $0.05. Part of the reason they have gone straight to the registry pro-rata is the majority where shirty that last time they moved for capital they went outside and placed the shares without putting it to the registry. Even if there is a significant shortfall they have the opportunity to place the remainder at any point over the next 3 months proceeding completion of the RI which gives them plenty of time with it. I don't think a significant shortfall will change the course & I don't think they'll lower the price. People either take it or they don't.
