I definitely understand where you're coming from. I would agree it's lazy on the company's behalf if it's simply a copy/paste issue from an older document. Given the CEO presented the slide at BBY I would've hoped that was the most accurate one but I could be wrong!
If it does trade through the rights I would expect to see some short term overreaction (just like there was on the upside) which might be a great buying opportunity. How much does it cost to produce SM6 for the I/IIa trial with Onyx? Given their existing cash balance and the exercise of options etc in recent weeks is there enough to fund the trial? Because that is what's key to me. PAB appears to have a great technology with low toxicity that has shown enough promise to receive Orphan Designation and the attention of a leading MM player, but without further investment (from shareholders or Onyx or someone else) that's where we'll be stuck
