My contribution to this chat forum tries to dissect the status quo of Australian corporate enterprise within the junior mining sector. Whether it’s multinationals’ or individual interests, 'paid for' analysis reports, broker or industry lobby group interference’s, or marketing and social media exploitation. All these can succeed in ‘muddying the waters’ to cause a situation or issue to seem less clear and less easy to understand. Now is not the time to be hoodwinked by fundamentally flawed projects. In a post CV19 geopolitical environment, there will be no turning back the clock. So, the right decisions made today, particularly from our policy makers, will save humiliation in the long term.

That said, there is no other graphite project in Australia that I believe ticks all the right macro-economic boxes to supply the potential exponential growth in the lithium-ion battery sector, than the Siviour Graphite Project. It seems SUPERIOR in many ways!

The eyes of the world are on Australia. With its strong governance, environmental and community protections, it is ripe for investment opportunities and offtakes to meet the global demand for a sustainable and secure supply chain. What it doesn’t need is for ‘inferior projects’ to cloud this assessment. Including our policy makers' thinking, who need to take an unbiased and multilateral viewpoint for a greater chance of unlocking this Tier 1 Australian asset and kickstart a new value-adding industry for the benefit of all.
