I am sorry having confused a few readers.
Let me start to say that I do not have any knowledge about a Nasdaq take-over by TZL. I even think that this is highly unlikely. Also yes I do hope as well for a delist offer. It only seems very illogical to me. Can anyone give me an example of an ASX listed stock that before its Nasdaq listing received a bid at a premium by its underwriter.
