So it appears amex is on the money (if the speculator is also!).
I think it is feasible for CS to perform this, especially if it is underwriting the deal (and can see the inherent value).
I just don't think they'll offer +$1, more like $70c at the current rate of progress which would represent a 20% premium to current price..
